hot phiit pilates

"hot phiit" is a training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Pilates principles. It is a 1 hour class that combines muscle toning and cardio in a room heated to around 98 degrees. The practice creates long, lean muscle mass while burning fat. It creates rapid results. It strengthens your core, improves circulation, and increase flexibility. Hot Phiit is performed on a yoga mat & towel. All movements are low impact, which protects your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping.
 
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts to make sure you have time to change and get set up in the room.
 If it is your first time at the studio, please arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you registered and show you around.
