Bikram Yoga is great for beginners and advanced students alike. It is a scientifically designed system for achieving and maintaining health and balance in your body, mind, and spirit. It is a series of twenty-six postures, performed in a room heated to approximately 105 degrees, that work the entire body from the inside out and is suitable for all ages and levels of ability.

The series was scientifically crafted by Bikram Choudhury to stretch and strengthen muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Bikram Yoga systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood to every part of the body, stimulating organs, glands, and nerves, and restoring all systems to healthy working order.

Bikram Yoga Scarsdale features the largest yoga room in Westchester County. The heating system is state-of-the-art, creating fabulous air flow. The yoga room floor does not absorb water - every class you take the floor is clean, dry, and smells great.
